When will I get my order?

Custom imprinted apparel orders take approximately 2-3 weeks production time as we pool the orders and place them weekly. That time frame also includes the amount of time it takes for them to be embroidered or screen printed. Production time is “estimated” and your order will not be considered late if production has slightly exceeded 3 weeks. We promise to ship them as quickly as possible.

Will You Send Me Tracking Information Once My Products Have Shipped?

You will receive two emails from hello@buzztag.co. The first email will confirm that your order was received. The second will notify you when an item in your order has shipped, including tracking information.  Please be sure to add hello@buzztag.co to your Contacts so that these emails do not end up in your Spam folder.

What is the Returns and Exchange Policy?

All apparel items are custom imprinted when ordered. Therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on apparel items. Please use the size chart on the spec sheet for each apparel item to order the correct size.

Why doesn't HaydenGear.com display correctly in my desktop browser or mobile browser?

The store platform is not compatible with the Internet Explorer browser. Please use one of the following supported browsers:
