What is your return policy?

All apparel items are custom imprinted when ordered. Therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on apparel items. Please use the size chart on the spec sheet for each apparel item to order the correct size.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right without making it weird!

How do I start a return for a damaged or incorrect item?

Email us at hello@buzztag.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send next steps because chaos is not our brand.
